Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund after it’s processed on our end.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:
Check with your bank/card provider, 2) Contact your payment provider (e.g., PayPal/Stripe), 3) Then email us at karen@petzoor.com.
Faulty/Damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number so we can assist promptly.
