Refund Policy

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund after it’s processed on our end.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:

  1. Check with your bank/card provider, 2) Contact your payment provider (e.g., PayPal/Stripe), 3) Then email us at karen@petzoor.com.

Faulty/Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number so we can assist promptly.
