Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
United States & European Union: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Other Destinations: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates exclude customs delays and are provided by carriers.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Address Issues & Delivery Attempts
Please ensure your address is accurate and complete. Undeliverable packages returned to us can be reshipped; additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package, contact the carrier first, then email karen@petzoor.com. We’ll help investigate and support a claim where applicable.
